We’re excited about the growth of our new canvas printing business, and need someone who understands how online marketing transports a good company to great. To meet the challenge, we’re looking for exceptional team members who can help us extend our product line into new markets.
You’re our online revenue hacker in charge of marketing the brand new division of an established business. Before you whip out your Lawrence Fishburne Matrix sunglasses, know we don’t mean that kind of hacker. We’re looking for someone fluent in the various forms of kung-fu every digital marketer needs to know. Social media, email campaigns, PPC, Google Analytics, upsells, cross sells, and content marketing in its many forms. This new role will require ramping up B2C revenue. You’ll be part of a team responsible for filling our carts with new orders and building brand awareness. But don’t worry, you won’t be without resources… we have a huge existing customer base in our related business to help you out.
Initially, you’ll be a department of one, in total command of our creative online marketing efforts. You’ll be our voice and our presence. In any given day you may be writing posts for social media, coordinating a mass email campaign to our existing customers, and checking in on conversion rates from recent campaigns. You’ll have direct contact with the company president and executive team, and will be given autonomy to imagine and execute a marketing strategy across multiple channels.
In many ways, it will be like a game. You score will be measured as total revenue through the online shopping cart. In other ways, it will be like a lab. You’ll be testing a variety of approaches, and failure will teach you as much or more than your successes. As the business grows, so will your creative team and direct reports. As the business grows, so will your compensation… we reward performance.
The position pays a salary $40 – 55k, depending on experience, plus an incentive-based bonuses connected to revenue targets and other KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). We also offer insurance, benefits, and a 401k.
If you haven’t read our core values, please do so. They’re not just the usual corporate jargon. They guide us as a company.

This is one of the most exciting growth phases in our history. You’re going to feel that urgency and energy if you become part of the family. Everyone has an opportunity to grow with us, especially people who show entrepreneurial curiosity, ambition, and smarts.
This new division is an ambitious new project for us, and we’re excited to bring someone on board to help us make it a success.
Send email to helpusgrow[at]simplecanvasprints[dot]com, but please don't just send your resume. Sure, we're curious where you've been, but we've seen thousands of them and they seldom tell the story. Instead, help us get to know more about you, the person. What makes you unique? What do you do for fun? What is your passion? Why would we make a huge mistake not hiring you? You get the point. We look forward to hearing from you.
