Why we need your help…

We’re extending our company with a brand new brand and we’re growing fast. With the right people, we’re convinced the next few years will be an exciting growth phase. To meet the challenge, we’re looking for exceptional team members to help us continue to elevate our service and product quality.

Our production artists are at ground zero for product quality. The difference between a happy customer and an angry one is often a small mistake which falls short of their expectation. We are constantly in search of people who will help us with speed, accuracy, and the visual quality of our products.

When our customers say, “Wow, I love my new canvas print… it’s a work of art!” you’re an incredibly important part of making that happen.

What’s this job like?

You’re the magician behind the curtain who makes our customers’ visions a reality. Though they may not all be artists, expert photographers, or talented with layout, you know how to polish their ideas before the paint hits the canvas. You’re at the core of a team that makes thousands of different prints a reality, and each one has to be pixel perfect.

Your daily job will be to create, design, layout, color separate, and prepare artwork for digital canvas printers. You’ll be an Adobe Creative Suite expert, ready to tackle everything from light retouching to full-on photographic wizardry. You’re swift with everything from a mouse to a tablet, and understand the nuances of preparing digital files for print in the real world.

Occasionally you’ll need to clarify something with a customer, so you’ll also need to be able to be personable and service-oriented on the phone. And yes, there may be some paperwork, but it’s important for making sure our production team in the factory gets the order out the door in fast, flawless fashion. You’ll take that paperwork seriously.

On the best of days, you’ll get in the zone and be surprised when it’s time to go home. On the worst of days, you’ll have the professionalism to bear the fire with a good attitude. You make our promises to our customers come true.

The position pays between $13.00 - $15.00, depending on experience (however if you’re a real superstar, we’re willing to chat). We also offer insurance benefits, incentive compensation, and a 401k.
